Rich's connection to Nosara runs deep. Back in 2012, he was actively involved with Blue Zone SUP, searching for pro surfers to represent the brand at surf expos Rich Burnam — a sign of how seriously he takes the culture around the sport. These days, he surfs daily and is as much a part of the Guiones lineup as the waves themselves.

Beyond the water, Rich works as a full-time real estate sales agent with Surfing Nosara / Coldwell Banker Surfingnosara, helping people find their own slice of this surf town. And when he's not in the water or closing deals, he hosts the Nosara Podcast, where he sits down with surfers, locals, and community figures to explore the people and stories that make Nosara tick.
