It’s sorta crazy how we make ourselves crazy… That old saying: “As a man thinketh… So is he” seems to be extremely accurate, no matter how much I disregarded hippy talk for my first five decades of life :)
As of today, my opinion is what we think & how we think are extremely important, and I’m believing our expectations do govern our overall happiness.
