Personal: Provide a way to get to know me quickly and find out what I’m really all about. My goal is to have as much fun as I possibly can while making as big a difference as I can, plus improve at surfing and playing music well into my upper 60’s. I’m sarcastic, hard working, ride many different kinds of surfboards and play several musical instruments. Robert August said once his father told him: “If you work hard enough you get to play enough” and this is something I’ve lived by for many years.
The Nosara Podcast: Increase flow of information and quality of communication in Nosara, Costa Rica. There’s hundreds of NP episodes with all kinds of different people, covering just about every subject in and around Nosara. After years of service in various organizations, I realized we aren’t lacking people with good intentions here… We are facing a lack of communication. The Nosara Podcast is my attempt at helping, plus I enjoy it. It is therapeutic to listen to and share a real conversation beyond standard ‘surface talk.’
This Week In Nosara (TWIN): TWIN is probably my favorite side project. My goal is to provide an accurate and authentic look at real life in Nosara which benefits visitors, residents or anyone who wants to see what it’s really like here. We take a look at surf and weather conditions however they really are, traffic and growth challenges, community events and issues, plus a bunch more.
Social media is filled with standard nonsense about how perfect, or horrible, things are here. The reality is Nosara has its pros and cons just like everywhere else. Everything is most certainly not always perfect in paradise, but in my opinion the ‘paradise tax’ of here is well worth it compared to living anywhere else. Hopefully you enjoy getting to know the local people, roads, businesses, community items and events throughout each month in the TWIN videos!
Real Estate Info: My main source of income is real estate sales and I do not wish to write a cheesy realtor bio here. My experience and production in Nosara speaks for itself.
My goal is to connect with well heeled persons seriously interested in getting positioned as best they can to both lower risk and improve quality of location. My focus is on key locations primarily close to beach Guiones or Pelada, and/or outstanding views or unique properties which are lower risk compared to the outer areas.
For this website, my plan is to provide free Nosara real estate information in addition to standard RE stuff. It’s a strange little town so far as how our supply and demand curve works, and over the years I plan to address this and much more. Many things which seemingly don’t make sense sometimes do here.
