TWINosara 73: Surf, Surfers, Turtles & Life in Nosara, Costa Rica mid July 2025: Enjoy!
Episode 73 is local pro surfers (Dorian won national championship!), an up close visit with turtles at Ostional, a bunch of waves in the surf section, Olo Alaia’s Thursday Taco & music party, plus a whole bunch of community updates & lifestyle scenes. Waves & weather have been fun.

TWINosara 70: Fantastic surf & mesmerizing clear weather end our dry season on high note + Bombero’s:)
As high season draws to a close I want to give thanks for the swells & clear water we recently experienced. This season itself was pretty small surf for the most part but come March & April swells got cranking & we made up for lost ground. You can see in previous episodes we had fun surf the entire season but nothing like the past couple of weeks. Rain is starting to roll in now, crowds are dropping off & Nosara is expecting slowest rainy season & a while business wise. So hit me up if you want to book house or invest in property or just want to play music. Norway is the guest musician & it was great jamming with him. If you’re good enough you might end up on a TWIN video or part of one of our albums (several being worked on right now). Hope you enjoy TWIN 70 🙂

It’s Semana Santa so town is crowded & our biggest swell of the year is over. But water is absolutely incredible & we hope you enjoy it. We have another swell on way next week but in meantime get out there & enjoy how beautiful this place is before the rainy season gets here.

NOSARA PODCAST – How Nadav Attar went from Nosara Grom to Chasing the WSL Challenger Series
It’s been super interesting watching Nadav Attar grow up in Nosara, Costa Rica. It’s even more interesting to hear his take on life as he enters adulthood with highly ambition goals and how his combination of family, friends, and downright determination is making huge advancements in his life quickly. We discuss training, mediation & practices of Joe Dispenza, his travels & traveling crew, his goals of making the upper echelon of the WSL, his friends & local surfers around Nosara, his 3 favorite restaurants & much, much more.
Nadav Attar is 19 years old, grew up in Nosara, Costa Rica, and is chasing the WSL Challenger Series with the goal of making the Championship Tour. In this episode we talk about the real side of pro surfing — the heats you lose, the meditation routine his brother got him into, manifesting results in El Salvador, and why the level of homegrown talent in Nosara is blowing up right now.
We also get into who Nadav thinks is the best carver, the best aerialist, and where you have to go in Costa Rica to find a real barrel.
