It’s mid December and people are filling in for the high season. Take a look at what Nosara looks like this time of year as we transition from the rainy season into the dry. Sweet real estate deal inside this episode along with quick overview of NCA town meeting and various other stuff happening. If you’re coming to Nosara this time of year, remember give lots of respect to the locals, don’t be too aggressive in the water, practice Pura Vida & stay safe. Also, please help out the local kids contributing towards any Christmas parties or anything for presents to help the local kids.
